Alexandra is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist who specializes in working with adults and teenagers struggling from behavioral and emotional issues including; mood challenges, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoys working with individuals who want to improve their communication, self-worth, self-esteem, and rid behavior patterns that no longer serve them. Alexandra believes that every individual is entitled to deep emotional connections with self and others, and enjoys fostering individuals in achieving his or her full potential.
Alexandra graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Communication in 2012. She graduated in 2018 with a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. Alexandra works in both community agencies and private practice and brings an eclectic and versatile perspective to the therapeutic process.
Alexandra has always had a strong passion for helping others. Alexandra provides a warm, open, safe, fun, and supportive environment for her clients so they can facilitate and nurture their growth process. Alexandra loves meeting and working with people and is constantly inspired by their resilience.
