Holly is an Arizona native. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2011, and began her doctorate in physical therapy in 2012. Holly was able to realize injuries often go beyond just the musculoskeletal system, and she chose to go a different direction with her life. She began working as a personal trainer, and began her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling in 2015 at Grand Canyon University. Holly has experience as a case manager, and as a health educator for a local, trauma informed, behavioral health nonprofit for children.
Holly has experience in helping clients, both adults and teenagers, overcome eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. She believes that recovery is possible for everyone with the right guidance, support, and techniques utilized in counseling to meet the needs of the client. Holly helps foster a safe, judgement-free, supportive, and empathetic counseling environment to help clients reach their highest level of function.
Holly enjoys spending time with her dog, horseback riding, and getting outside with friends and family.
